At Skinfinite Glow, we are committed to providing high-quality skin and laser services using industry-leading technology and trained professionals. However, it is important for all clients to understand and acknowledge the following:

1. No-Show Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

No-show Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit of $50 made at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit of $50 made at the time of booking.

Please respect our time, as we respect yours. These policies allow us to offer appointments to other clients who may be on a wait list.

Please send all deposit e-transfers to info@skinfiniteglow.ca, or call with a valid credit card number to be charged. Your appointment will not be accepted until a deposit is shown.

2. Late Arrival Policy

Arriving late can impact the quality and duration of your treatment. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out required forms, and ensure you receive the full service.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full service fee will still apply.

More than 15 minutes late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate behaviour or language

  • Rude or discriminatory behaviour or language

  • A history of missed appointments or late arrivals

  • Health or safety concerns (including but not limited to allergies, skin conditions, or contraindications for specific treatments)

  • Any client showing signs of illness or who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Failure to complete any required forms and/or agreements set out by the business

  • Your safety and comfort are our top priority, and we want to ensure all clients enjoy a positive experience.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are competitive and reflect the quality of service and products we provide.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change service prices at any time. Notice for price changes is not required. Prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, e-transfer, and debit. Full payment is due at the time of service. Gratuities are not included in the price of your service.

Promotional discounts and referral bonuses: Promotional discounts, prices, and referral bonuses cannot be combined – one per visit.

5. Service Packages

Redemption Period: All service packages must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Discounts and Promotions: Facial packages are not eligible for any additional discounts, promotions, or special offers. The price of the package is fixed at the time of purchase and cannot be altered by any future discounts or promotional codes.

Transfer of services: All service packages are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the person whose name is associated with the purchase.

Payment: Packages must be paid in full at the time of the first appointment for the discounted package rate to be held.

6. Product Return and Refund Policy

Opened products: For hygienic and safety purposes, opened skincare products cannot be refunded.

Facial and laser services: All services are non-refundable.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is very important to us. We ensure that all personal and medical information you provide is kept confidential and secure. Our team adheres to the highest standards of discretion and care.

8. Health and Safety

We take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment. Please follow our guidelines to help maintain a safe and healthy space for everyone:

If you are feeling ill or have any symptoms of contagious illnesses (cold, flu, COVID-19, etc). Please reschedule your appointment.

Please inform us of any skin allergies, medical conditions, or medications you are taking that may affect your treatment.

9. Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns. We aim to exceed your expectations and ensure a positive experience each time. We look forward to providing you with the highest level of care. 1. No Guarantee of Results

Due to the uniqueness of each individual’s skin type, hair type, hormonal balance, medical history, and other biological factors, results from laser hair removal and other laser treatments cannot be guaranteed. While many clients experience excellent outcomes, results will vary from person to person.

2. Multiple Treatments Required

Laser hair removal and most other laser procedures require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. The number of sessions needed varies and may be affected by:

  • Skin tone and hair colour

  • Hair density and thickness

  • Treatment area

  • Hormonal changes

  • Individual response to treatment

Clients should be prepared to commit to a full treatment plan and understand that even with full compliance, some hair regrowth or recurrence of treated conditions may occur.

3. Maintenance Treatments

For long-term results, maintenance sessions may be necessary after the initial treatment plan is completed. These are not included in your initial purchased package unless otherwise specified.
